Product Overview

  • Nature Made® Super B-Complex formula contains key B vitamins that play a supportive role when it comes to the energy producing pathways of the body. They provide us with the energy we need to carry out our day. B vitamins are crucial for cellular energy production and normal function of your nervous system.

    • Contains the 8 key B vitamins, plus vitamin C
    • Helps convert food into cellular energy
    • Helps support normal function of the nervous system
    • Vitamin C is an antioxidant and helps support the immune system
    • #1 Pharmacist Recommended Vitamin and Supplement Brand*
  • Nature Made® Super B-Complex contains all eight B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, biotin, folic acid and vitamin B12).

B vitamins become especially important during illness, rigorous exercise and in times of stress. During these times, B vitamins may be excreted more rapidly from our body, thereby increasing our requirement.

Supplementing with a B complex like Nature Made® Super B-Complex can help support our cellular energy production and healthy energy levels.

  • All eight B vitamins are found in a variety of foods. Fortified cereal is a good source of several B vitamins, including riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and folic acid.

Whole grain cereals, lean pork, nuts and legumes are all good sources of thiamin. Avocado, fish and broccoli are good sources of pantothenic acid.

In addition to fortified cereal, folic acid can also be found in green leafy vegetables and citrus fruit juices.
