This package of kleenex has been significantly downgraded. We have purchased this product for years and the new version is a poor substitute. The tissues are lower quality and create more denis and are not as strong. The slit in the plastic is now not even cut through properly so we have to cut it with a knife or rip it open. Worst of all, it smells funny – very disconcerting when blowing your nose. My wife says it smells burnt. Please go back to the old version and stop selling us this substandard product.

I bought this product – immediately opened several boxes for several rooms before using 1 tissue. Discovered that tissues are SMALL (despite usual Kleenex size box)
and very FLIMSY ! Thanks to Costco’s generous return policy I received full refund (I returned entire order including open boxes).

After the third or fourth tissue into the box, the next one fails to come through the plastic and you must grab four or five to get the process started again. Plus, the tissues are thin and even a small “honk” blows a hole in them. Not a Costco quality product, in my opinion.

Bought a 10 pack a month ago, when no packs of 30 or 36 smaller boxes of kleenex were available at store. I tried to adjust to this new larger box size. After six boxes and much patience, I judge this box very poor: after half of the tissues are used from the box, the rest of the tissues no longer come out through the opening. I am left cutting the box in half to expose the last 100 sheets. I do NOT recommend this box of kleenex. I am a runny nose person,and need kleenex all the time; box is a disappointment.

The last time I bought Kleenex from Costco, I had to call Kleenex. The LINT was horrible, and they made the product slightly smaller, no surprise, but irritating nonetheless. With this new batch, it’s the SMELL, and it’s not really a smell that one might expect. These will be going back, along with another call to Kleenex.

The product is great. But Costco’s “2-day” delivery is a bad joke. I ordered well before noon early in the week, on Tuesday morning. Two days later I received the notice that they had at last created a shipping label — on the day that they had promised to deliver it. It took another day before it was even in the hands of the shipper. And since Costco did not pay for weekend delivery, it was not until Monday of the next week. Six days after I ordered with the expectation of 2-day delivery, it finally arrived. This is not a one-time problem. This is the norm for how Costco treats 2-day shipments: they do not even get a shipping label generated until the day they are supposed to arrive.

We use to buy soft tissues Kirkland brand. A while ago they started to smell awful when wet. We switched to Kleenex which was OK. Now for the last 6 weeks they started to smell the same.
Is this because of the recycled material? Please resolve this issue as we will start to look for other manufacturers.

I bought this in club and I am so disappointed in the quality. Sooooo thin you need two to blow your nose! Will not be buying again.
