I ordered this online because the version offered at the store only had 16mb RAM. So far thee Gram has been a great performer as a desktop replacement.

PROS:
The keyboard includes a numeric keypad (not found on most laptops) and is backlit.

CONS:
The power adapter takes up one of the USB-C ports so you only have one to spare.
Ethernet adapter takes up the other USB-C port.
Ethernet adapter only supports 100mbps speed.
No optical drive.
Lower-end graphics card.

I purchase the LG laptop because of the high ratings and great reliability in consumer reports. For a 17′ screen it’s extremely light much lighter than a 16′ MacBook Pro. It’s very fast connecting to websites and using different programs. I just don’t understand how LG manufacturer such a large laptop so light comparing to other brands that are so much heavier. Best ever laptop I have purchased.

So far the hardware has been great, no problems and super fast startup. Most everything I do is via a webpage so having 30-50 open at a time in Chrome has been no issue, plus having a few MS Office items running in parallel. Camera is great for the size and fingerprint login has been robust. Very lightweight and battery has lasted typically a full 8-hour day with active use.

Incredibly light. Surprisingly strong. Still can’t believe a 17 inch laptop almost qualifies as an ultralight portable (at about 3 pounds). At half screen brightness, I am enjoying all day battery life with heavy usage. This thing is amazing.

First of all, I bought this model for my wife and it does not have a decent graphics card. Giving up the games and hardly any use of graphics app, I focused on the high cpu-demand statistics apps and engineering programs. 32gb of ddr5 ram and 1tb of mediocre speed Hynix SSD were functioning good so far. Keyboard cap size is a little weird so you will need some time to get used to. With $300 off, I don’t have any complain about this laptop. If you want to play new games from time to time, this model is not for you.

I love my new laptop. It’s very light, fast and takes less than a minute to reboot.

Good display, quick boot-up. Extremely light. I’m impressed how far laptops have come in just a few years. Limited bloatware.

It was a rude awakening to find that those fast 1Gbps speeds I paid for were only attainable with an additional purchase.
The computer’s Thunderbolt USB-C port rated for 1Gbps speeds is limited to 1/10 of that (100 Mbps) by the included LG adapter. After time-consuming troubleshooting with Costco Concierge and LG, I was informed that I needed to buy a different adapter from LG to the tune of another $75 after shipping to get the promised speed. So much for the good deal.

I’d have been willing to put up with the horrible speaker sound, but not the slimy sales technique.
