Disappointed as despite the claims on the packaging of “fast recharge” this device will
not “quick charge” an iPhone or laptop. USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) is not supported by this charger. Neither the USB-C cable or the Apple Lightning cable included with this device support fast charging a phone or laptop via USB-PD. The fast recharge feature describe on teh packaging refers to 4.6h recharge time of the battery when its plugged into the wall. myCharge does make a similar model that supports USB-PD and fast charging of devices and brands that model “turbo”. I will be returning in favor of a USB-PD supported power bank.

Bought this around summertime to prepare for hurricane time since power goes out a lot in Puerto Rico. However, around October it started to fail and it did not fully charged my devices. I left it charging last night and when I went to power it on to charge my phone, the lights never turn on and it doesn’t detect any Apple device I connect to it. This is a big flaw for me since most devices in my household use lightning cable. I would not recommend purchasing this device since it’s possible it might break down for you in the future like it happened to me. It worked fine and I loved having the cables with my until it stopped working.

We were planning a family trip to Disneyland when I purchased this. Was looking to avoid carrying extra cable and wanted something compact yet powerful enough to recharge several device in a day. I also wanted something that would plug directly into the wall. Scored across the board. Compact, lightweight, built-in cables for our Samsung and IOS devices and able to stuff in a pocket or purse while charging. This was a real winner and saved the day several times when devices were running low from almost constant use. Would strongly recommend this and am considering the purchase of a couple more as gifts.

It’s easy to use. It has 3 different charging options. It came in handy at the golf course when my GPS golf watch died. I was able to plug in the USB cord to the watch and it enabled me to use it on the back 9. It’s also charged my phone quickly after using it for video recording at my grandson’s baseball game Highly recommended .

Just bought this item yesterday unfortunately it will not charge any of my items (phone and tablet) with the C-type cable. My significant other also previously bought this item and it also isn’t charging. Submitted a ticket to the mycharge website but let’s see what they say.

The charging cable is not durable. It stopped to be able to connect to the phone after six month. And we just used it for a few times.

I bought this because I liked the idea of not having to carry separate cables. It worked well for a few months. Now it will not charge up. What a waste of money.

Love that the cord is attached to the hub and tucks in so that it is easy to carry. It does not charge my phone to 100%, but only 95%. I am able to use the phone while it is charging.
